In order to meet the needs of different application fields, the company established the ultrafast battery research Center, forming a professional and technical talent echelon with "doctor as the core, master's as the backbone, and undergraduate as the pioneer". The R & D team has both energy storage material research and technical experts, and energy storage device engineering and process technology experts. Majors cover power electronics, materials chemistry, mechanical engineering and other professional fields. The company has always adhered to the trinity development strategy of "production, university and research", and has established extensive and deep cooperative relations with Tianjin University, Ningbo University, Ningbo Materials Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
